The New Century Venture Center

The New Century Venture Center is a business incubator which opened in Roanoke, Virginia, in 1996. Since that time, the Center has assisted over 100 businesses and has graduated 44 companies. In October 2005, the Center expanded by opening a satellite location in the Smith Mountain Lake area of Franklin County. In July 2007, the Center announced its move from Roanoke to the City of Salem, and the new Center opened in October 2007 and offers office space and manufacturing/warehouse space.

The incubator program offers flexible and affordable leases, central receptionist, conference/meeting room, shared copier and fax, seminars and training, and business mentoring. Services are available to start-up or existing businesses, and onsite or offsite clients.
